A room with a view

This weekend was full of rain. It was lovely. Saturday we stayed in all afternoon and cleaned and organized. Unpacked a bit too. I love that our bedroom window looks out on the back yard.



I tidied up my bed side table, added a photo.



I cleaned out a drawer and found a poem I have been searching for (for months & months)! I think I screamed when I found it. All these months I have been trying to remember the words, how they strung together. I'm so happy I found it. Going to research places to submit to. Love that feeling of sending a poem.

Saturday morning was very cool and gloomy. I took a long walk. I walked rather slow, just trying to take in the cool and clear my head. It worked.
