i heart french eggs

Steven has outdone himself. Tonite he gave me my Valentine. A mini poêle à oeufs. First of all, I love anything that comes packaged with directions in French. Second of all, I love mini things. Third of all, we want to make egg sandwiches for Valentine's Day breakfast. I love this little 'stove with eggs' so much already.
The craziest part of all, I have been scared of eggs since I was little. I used to lie in elementary school when asked what I was allergic to. I would nonchalantly say eggs. The best was before going to camp one year, a teacher asked if I was allergic to any food. Eggs of course, I replied. To which she prodded, you mean you can't eat anything with eggs? Like cake? So I said, yes, can't eat that, basically just vegetables. What? How did I come up with that? I hadn't thought about eggs being used in other things. I was just terrified of eggs by themselves. Slimy, jiggly eggs.
But I adore egg sandwiches. Especially oeufs made in mini pans. For-e-ver.
