I really, really can't wait for this weekend. We have been so busy on the weekends for weeks and weeks that we had to promise each other not to make any plans for this weekend. It's supposed to snow tomorrow and be about 30 degrees, sounds like the perfect time to stay cozy inside and work on the house. I will also be using my mixer for the first time, I hope I start a lovely affair with that thing. Tonite for dinner I am making white bean and avocado wraps with asparagus on the side drizzled with my fave vinagrette. It's been ultra lovely cooking lately. I must say there have been some crowd pleasers. Or at least Steven and my brother declaring it's delish at a higher octave than normal. Maybe they are just scared of me because I stare at them while they take their first bite, and their second. I'm pretty scary.
I bought a wreath for our front door. I never knew that I would by a wreath. Haha, that's a funny way to phrase it. I loved every second of it.

Last nite I had a dream about my grandpa. He was putting dishes away in a big, beautiful kitchen. He was probably about 50 in the dream. I wish I could see him again. I wish I could tell him about Steven.
